increase self acceptance

i am present as myself,

i can see feel, hear and comprehend me i am speaking as myself

from the intuition within me, i am sufficient as myself,

everything i need is given freely through me, i am disciplined as myself

acknowledging the strength hidden in me, i am worthy as myself, 

healing the pain in me, i am here to heal myself,

developing the talents born with me. i have the ability to be myself 

more exactingly, i am trusting of myself

as i am guided to my destiny and hidden possibilities, i am approving of myself

 as i open to new possibilities within me, i am loving towards myself,

i balance the needs required to be me as, i live and move comfortably among the we.

i am permitted to be me, i am free of myself.
